By using Birdsay, you accept these terms. The app is intended for children: it must be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Birdsay is an educational English pronunciation app for children ages 2 to 8. It uses the operating system’s speech recognition to assess pronunciation (see the privacy policy). Birdsay is a practice game: it does not replace an evaluation or ongoing care by a speech-language pathologist.
Birdsay offers limited free content and premium content available by subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payment, cancellation and any refunds are handled by the store, under its own terms. Good Vibes Lab does not grant refunds for a period that has already started.

All content in Birdsay belongs to Good Vibes Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Birdsay is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, GVL shall not be liable for errors, interruptions or damages resulting from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
GVL reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app without notice.
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes are posted on this page with their date; continuing to use the app means accepting the updated terms.
