Data deletion

Birdsay is designed to collect the strict minimum. The only data related to your use that exists outside your device is:

• The first name entered for personalized greetings (if you entered one) and the generated greeting audio.
• Anonymous usage statistics and technical crash reports, without any identifier that could link them to a person.
• The subscription history, managed by the app store and RevenueCat with an anonymous identifier.

Game progress (stars, stickers) stays only on your device: it is erased by uninstalling the app or from Settings → Reset progress.

Write to contact@goodvibeslab.app with the subject “Birdsay data deletion”, giving the first name set in the app.

We delete the first name and the related greeting audio within 30 days at most and confirm it by email. Anonymous statistics cannot be linked to your request, precisely because they contain no personal identifier.

Without contacting us, you can at any time:

• Remove the first name from Settings (parent check) → Personalization → Remove name.
• Erase all progress from Settings → Reset progress.
• Uninstall the app, which deletes all local data.
