By using Podium: Sprint Arcade (“Podium”), published by Good Vibes Lab (“GVL”), you agree to these terms.

Podium is a free, ad-supported arcade athletics game with online leaderboards (world, country and nations). The data it processes is described in the privacy policy.

Your nickname and country are public on the leaderboards. Nicknames must not be offensive, abusive, discriminatory or vulgar, nor impersonate anyone else. GVL may change or remove any nickname that breaks these rules, together with its scores, without notice.

To keep the leaderboards fair, you must not:

• cheat or tamper with scores;
• use automation tools (bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers);
• modify the app or exploit a bug to get ahead;
• submit scores other than from the app.

GVL may remove, without notice, scores or profiles that break these rules.

Leaderboards may be reset, changed or discontinued at any time, including to fight cheating. They have no monetary value and give no right to any reward.

Podium Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes ads. Payment and any refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play, under their own terms. The purchase can be restored on another device signed in to the same store account, from Profile → “Restore purchases”.

Coins and cosmetics earned in the game have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Podium is for personal use only. You may not:

• access the source code
• reverse engineer the app
• use it commercially
• disrupt the operation of the app or its servers

All content of Podium belongs to Good Vibes Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Podium is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, GVL is not liable for errors, interruptions or damages resulting from the use of the app, nor for the loss of progress stored on the device (uninstall, change of device). Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law.

GVL reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app and its online services without notice.

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes are posted on this page with their date; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
