Delete your data

Podium creates no account. The only data kept on our servers makes up your online profile: nickname, country, best mark per event, creation and update dates, and the random player identifier generated by the app.

Your progress, coins, cosmetics and settings stay only on your device.

1. Open Podium.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap “Delete my data”.

Your online profile and all your scores are erased immediately from our servers and the leaderboards.

Write to contact@goodvibeslab.app with the subject “Podium data deletion”, including your nickname and country so we can find your profile. We delete it within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

• Your online profile: nickname, country, dates and player identifier.
• All your scores, removed from the leaderboards (world, country and nations).

• Your purchase history for Podium Pro, kept by Apple or Google under their own rules: it lets you restore your purchase. We have no access to it.
• Data stored on your device (progress, coins, cosmetics, settings): it is erased when you uninstall the app.
• Advertising data processed by Google AdMob, which is Google’s responsibility: you can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
